What a decade we’ve had. When I needed flexible office space in London, you were there. When I needed a conference room in Manhattan, you had my back.

While acknowledging the bumps in the road, just for a second let’s zoom out of the headlines and remember the inspiration we felt in 2010 when you dared us to “do our best work.”

As office space turned gray and sterile, you brought music, art, community, and soul. When visionary people get together - something magic happens. There’s a spark.

How many startups were born within your walls? How many logos designed? How many apps launched? How many candidates interviewed? How many partnerships signed?

Today we all benefit from the groundwork you laid - the spaces you created that made us want to go to work. Places where we could bump into other founders, other coders, other creators, and pursue our dreams together.

At Stanza we’re honored to build upon this foundation as we help democratize access to flexible space, both for users and hosts. We see an opportunity to expand your vision - to make it easy for ANYONE with extra space to be part of the hosting ecosystem, creating flex options everywhere - from metro areas to the suburbs and everywhere in between.

But iterating into the next evolution of flex space would not be possible without you, and I for one hope you stick around for a long time. So here's to you, wework, for blazing trails and incubating our imaginations.
